John D. Donaldson
John "Jack" Donaldson graduated from Xavier University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1986, Jack received his law degree from the University of Dayton College of Law. He was also a member of his law school's national moot court team. During law school, Jack served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur O. Fisher, Common Pleas Judge Montgomery County Juvenile Court. He also served as an acting magistrate in Montgomery County Juvenile Court. As a young associate, Jack handled the first human embryo transfer case in the United States. After representing a large employer with multiple manufacturing plants, Jack relocated to Mansfield and began representing injured workers. In 1993, Jack opened Donaldson Law Offices. Jack concentrates his practice in assisting injured workers and others injured due to the negligence of a third party. Jack also handles a wide variety of litigation and appellate matters and domestic work.
